01Organization & operations
Opening sites and handing them over
Separating site development, day-to-day management and network-level decisions so each has a clear owner.

I connect site launch, scheduling, learner records and instructor support. With our team, I turn the practical demands of running classes across locations into processes and supporting tools.

Selected work
Three views of the work: how teams hand over a site, how information connects, and how training gets supported.
01Organization & operations
Separating site development, day-to-day management and network-level decisions so each has a clear owner.
02Software & operating decisions
Bringing class information, learner support and operating review into a workflow that people can use.
03Training delivery & support
Connecting learning records, remote support and completion steps around technology-assisted training.
How the pieces connect
One class connects people, information and decisions.
Open a stage to see the operating work behind it.
Site development coordinates the instructor, venue and launch arrangements. The handoff to the operating team matters as much as opening day.
Class information, enrollment and learning records help teams coordinate. A change needs to reach the people who will act on it.
Instructors and support staff handle delivery and learner questions. When an exception needs a person, the workflow needs a clear handoff.
Operating review informs changes to class frequency, instructions and tools. Repeated questions can become the next improvement.
Current focus
I am working on practical operating support for distributed CPR training, with a near-term focus on smart-manikin delivery and the day-to-day needs of small training operators.
My starting point is the work after deployment: connecting software, adaptable procedures and people who can help.

What an early canceled class taught me about instructor support, clear responsibilities and the operating work behind reliable training.
I’m interested in conversations about training operations, delivery systems and practical support.
