About
An engineer’s approach.
An operator’s perspective.
I’m Kedi Miao. I joined Gosvea Inc. in 2019 as a software engineer. In 2022, I proposed a CPR and first-aid training line and taught as its first instructor.
As the work expanded, the questions changed. Who takes responsibility after a site opens? How does a schedule connect to learner records? What support does an instructor or learner need when something changes?
I now lead operations at ALLCPR. My work connects the people, procedures and software behind those questions, with teams responsible for site development, daily delivery and technical implementation.

Current focus
The work after deployment.
I am working on practical operating support for distributed CPR training, with a near-term focus on smart-manikin delivery and the day-to-day needs of small training operators.
I’m interested in methods that can adapt to different operating conditions: clear launch processes, useful learning records and support that remains practical as a training service grows.
